For many years, The Arc of North Dakota Perspective served as our statewide newsletter, connecting members with updates, stories, and important information about issues affecting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Today, we are proud to bring that tradition forward in a new format—one that reflects the pace of today’s conversations, the needs of our community, and the growing urgency of advocacy across the state and nation.

This blog is our new home for advocacy, opinion, and timely updates. Here, we will share insights on state and federal policy, highlight emerging issues impacting individuals with IDD and their families, and provide analysis on trends and decisions shaping disability services. We will also spotlight the work happening within our chapters, amplify voices from across North Dakota, and share stories that reflect the challenges and successes of our community.
